As a Global HR Compliance & Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring HR processes are compliant with labor laws and statutory requirements across various regions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strong written & verbal communication skills are essential for effective communication within the team and external stakeholders.
- You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
- Being result-oriented, you must manage deadlines effectively to deliver high-quality work.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Visio is required for efficient documentation and reporting.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations processes like Payroll, Onboarding, Employee Data Management, and Separation is necessary.
- Knowledge of ITGC Controls & Information Systems Audit will be beneficial in ensuring data security and compliance.
- Experience in conducting HRO Audits, both internal and operational, is a key aspect of this role.
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills are important for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Familiarity with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle Financials, PeopleSoft, and Workday will be advantageous for streamlining processes.
- Good to Have:
- Possession of certifications like CA, CHRA, or HR Audit certifications.
- Additional certifications such as CISA, CIA would be a plus.
- Experience in leading audit teams and conducting supervisory reviews for 2-3 years.
- Certifications like CISM, ISO 27001, CISSP, CRISC are desirable for enhanced data security practices.
