As a Global HR Compliance & Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring HR processes are compliant with labor laws and statutory requirements across various regions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Experience in conducting HRO Audits, both internal and operational, is a key aspect of this role.
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills are important for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Familiarity with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle Financials, PeopleSoft, and Workday will be advantageous for streamlining processes.
• Good to Have:
• Possession of certifications like CA, CHRA, or HR Audit certifications.
• Additional certifications such as CISA, CIA would be a plus.
• Experience in leading audit teams and conducting supervisory reviews for 2-3 years.
• Certifications like CISM, ISO 27001, CISSP, CRISC are desirable for enhanced data security practices.
