Job Description
As a Sr. Manager Accounts at our company located in Okhla Phase-III, New Delhi, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Preparing financial statements and interpreting them for effective decision-making.
- Analyzing costs, pricing, variable contributors, sales results, and evaluating the Companys performance against the business plan.
- Handling Statutory Audit, internal audit, and tax audit processes.
- Overseeing the operations of the finance & accounts department, setting goals, objectives, and establishing a framework for achievement.
- Developing and managing budgets, as well as monitoring spending patterns.
- Creating Fund Flow and Cash Flow projections for effective financial management.
- Conducting audits on financial processes and transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications Required:
- Ideal candidates should be CA qualified with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar manufacturing or automobile industry.
- Age between 32 to 40 years.
Additionally, you should possess the following functional skills:
- Expertise in preparing and finalizing monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets.
- Proficiency in statutory and tax audit finalization, including responding to notices and assessments.
- Knowledge of accounting processes and experience with ERP software, particularly in Microsoft Navison (BC-365) would be advantageous.
- Great attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent communication skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
