Job Description

The Gift Studio is a premium gifting brand within the $4.3 Bn RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, offering curated, personalized, and luxury gifting solutions. As a Manager / Senior Manager - Sales, your role is to drive bulk corporate sales orders and enhance the company's presence in the premium gifting market. Your responsibilities include:

  • Own & drive revenue through bulk corporate sales in the Mumbai and Kolkata region.
  • Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, HR heads, and decision-makers.
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with corporate clients and event planners.
  • Form alliances with corporate gifting agencies, distributors, and concierge services.
  • Lead and guide a team responsible for lead generation, cold calling, and outreach.
  • Supervise the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Ensure smooth execution of large-scale corporate sales projects.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess:

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B corporate sales (experience in premium gifting preferred but not mandatory).
  • A strong corporate network with established relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and presentations.
  • MBA qualification is preferred.
