Role Overview:

As a Branch Manager at Whirlpool Corporation, you will be leading Channel Sales in Home Appliances and Air Conditioners. Your main responsibilities will include proactively identifying market demand changes, expanding market share, targeting new business opportunities, optimizing channel functions, managing the supply chain, and devising incentive schemes to maximize sales volume.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify changes in market demand and modify strategies for expanding market share and achieving primary & secondary targets.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities, continuously expand the existing clientele base through sales promotional activities.

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Full-time graduate with an MBA from reputed institutes.
  • Preferred skills and experiences in Channel Management, Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Distribution Management, Strategic Leadership, Revenue & Profitable Growth, Sales Management, Competitive Analysis, Team Leadership, Performance Management, Relationship Building, among others.
