Job Description
We are hiring a Node.js Backend Developer at Whinta to build and scale our AI-powered WhatsApp CRM platform.
You’ll work on real-world backend systems, APIs, and integrations that handle large volumes of customer conversations.
This role includes an initial training and evaluation period to ensure strong alignment with our product and engineering standards.
Compensation & Structure:
- 1-month paid probation (training + evaluation)
- Followed by a 2–3 month performance-based training period
- Compensation during this period: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
- Post training, full-time salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on performance)
- High performers may be offered early full-time conversion
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain backend systems using Node.js
- Develop and optimize REST APIs
- Work with databases (MongoDB / MySQL)
- Integrate third-party APIs (including WhatsApp APIs)
- Collaborate with frontend/mobile teams (Flutter is a plus)
- Improve system performance and scalability
What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years experience with Node.js
- Understanding of APIs and backend architecture
- Experience with databases (MongoDB or MySQL)
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Fast learner with a builder attitude
Nice to have
- Experience with Flutter or frontend technologies
- Knowledge of real-time systems or messaging platforms
- Experience with SaaS products
