- Conduct comprehensive candidate screening and behavioral interviews

- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide market insights
- Present qualified candidates to clients with assessments and recommendations
- Negotiate offer terms and facilitate onboarding
- Stay updated on industry trends and talent market dynamics

- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 5-7 years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on executive search
- Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in leadership roles
- Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with senior executives and clients
- Discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working remotely
- Familiarity with recruitment CRM systems
