Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on executive search
  • Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in leadership roles
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with senior executives and clients
  • Discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working remotely
  • Familiarity with recruitment CRM systems
