  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract both passive and active candidates, especially in the tech sector.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and create effective recruitment plans.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams, and negotiate job offers.
  • Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics, provide reports on key performance indicators, and stay updated on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Build relationships with potential candidates and industry networks while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience, with a focus on technology roles.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
