- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements.

- Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
- Analyze recruitment metrics, provide reports on key performance indicators, and stay updated on talent acquisition best practices.

- *Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience, with a focus on technology roles.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of sourcing channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
