Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Real Estate Development Manager to lead high-impact development projects from inception to completion, operating within a fully remote capacity. This role is responsible for identifying new development opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, securing financing, and overseeing the entire lifecycle of real estate development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. The Senior Manager will manage project budgets, timelines, and external consultants, including architects, engineers, contractors, and legal advisors. You will play a crucial role in navigating zoning regulations, obtaining permits, and ensuring projects align with market demand and investment objectives. Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, lenders, government authorities, and community stakeholders is essential. Qualifications: Master's degree in Real Estate Development, Finance, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in real estate development, project management, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex real estate development projects. Strong understanding of real estate finance, investment analysis, and market dynamics. Expertise in project management methodologies and tools. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
