Senior Frontend Engineer (Remote)

Responsibilities

Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and propose their adoption when appropriate. Mentor junior frontend developers and foster a collaborative team environment. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development. In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Proven experience with at least one major modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular). Strong understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex). Experience with build tools like Webpack, Rollup, or Vite. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. Experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress). Understanding of web performance optimization techniques. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote team. Experience with TypeScript is a significant plus.
