- Collaborate closely with product development, sales, R&D, and external agencies to ensure successful product launches and ongoing brand support.
- Monitor brand performance metrics, sales data, and market share, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Oversee the development of creative assets, advertising materials, and promotional programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices within the FMCG industry.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in brand management or marketing within the FMCG sector.

- Strong understanding of consumer insights, market research methodologies, and data analysis.
