Qualifications required for this role:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a strong track record of success in store operations.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
