As a highly accomplished and results-driven Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing complex construction projects from initiation to completion. Your exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder communication, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and management.
- Effectively manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, progress, and key decisions to all stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and project teams.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitor project performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage change orders and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for continuous improvement.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
