Our client, a vibrant cultural organization, is seeking an experienced and creative Event Marketing Manager to spearhead the promotion and execution of their diverse range of events. This role is instrumental in driving audience engagement, ticket sales, and overall event success. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all events, including concerts, exhibitions, festivals, and workshops. Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, posters, social media content, email campaigns, and press releases. Manage the event promotion budget effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment. Collaborate with artists, performers, and venue partners to coordinate promotional efforts. Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, paid advertising (Google Ads, social media ads), and email marketing. Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics, such as attendance, ticket sales, and audience engagement. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners to maximize event visibility. Coordinate event logistics where applicable, working closely with operational teams to ensure smooth execution. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and emerging trends in the arts and entertainment sector. Manage ticketing platforms and work with sales teams to achieve revenue targets. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in event marketing, preferably within the arts, entertainment, or cultural sector. Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for live events. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting and editing abilities. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding. Experience with ticketing systems and CRM software is a plus.
