As a Brand Manager at our client, a leading player in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN, you will be responsible for spearheading the premium beverage portfolio. Your role will involve driving brand growth, market share, and profitability in a competitive landscape by leveraging your deep understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, and integrated marketing communications.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and execute comprehensive annual brand plans covering advertising, promotions, digital marketing, and in-store activities.
  • Effectively manage the marketing budget to achieve brand objectives through optimal resource allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, supply chain, and external agencies, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and threats, and make data-driven recommendations for brand adjustments.
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG industry, with a focus on beverages or premium consumer products.
  • Proven experience in developing and launching new products, and managing integrated marketing campaigns across ATL and BTL channels.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in market data analysis tools (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills for influencing stakeholders and leading project teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and demonstrate creativity in problem-solving.
