Our client is looking for a dedicated and organized Apprenticeship Program Coordinator to manage and grow their apprenticeship initiatives in Nagpur, Maharashtra, IN . This role is crucial for developing and implementing structured training programs that prepare individuals for successful careers within the organization. You will be responsible for all aspects of the apprenticeship lifecycle, from recruitment and selection of candidates to program delivery, monitoring, and evaluation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for workforce development. You will work closely with internal departments, external training providers, and educational institutions to ensure the apprentices receive high-quality training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities include developing program curriculum, coordinating on-the-job training experiences, tracking apprentice progress, and providing support to both apprentices and their mentors. You will also be responsible for managing program budgets, reporting on program outcomes, and ensuring compliance with relevant apprenticeship standards and regulations. The ability to build relationships and foster a positive learning environment is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in program management, training coordination, or HR, particularly with apprenticeship or vocational training programs, would be highly advantageous.
