Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing & Mailer Design Specialist to plan, create, design, and execute email marketing campaigns that support student recruitment and brand engagement. The ideal candidate should have expertise in email automation, campaign optimization, and visually appealing mailer design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute email marketing campaigns for student recruitment, events, and promotional activities.
• Create responsive, visually appealing email templates and mailers.
• Develop compelling email copy with clear calls to action.
• Segment mailing lists and manage campaign scheduling.
• Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Perform A/B testing and recommend campaign improvements.
• Ensure emails comply with branding guidelines and email marketing best practices.
• Coordinate with content developers and QA reviewers to ensure content accuracy before distribution.
• Maintain and optimize email databases while ensuring compliance with applicable data privacy regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in email marketing and campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, Brevo, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in designing email creatives using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or equivalent design software.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the education or EdTech sector.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced remote environment.
