Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging static creatives and posts for company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Create digital marketing assets including banners, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, video editing, email graphics, promotional campaign materials, and other marketing collateral.
• Develop visually compelling presentations (PPTs) with strong storytelling and professional layouts.
• Design landing page visuals, website creatives, and other digital assets as required.
• Generate multiple creative concepts and design variations to support campaign testing and optimization.
• Assist in developing and maintaining brand identity, visual guidelines, and overall design consistency across all marketing materials.
• Ensure all creative deliverables meet brand standards, business objectives, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate closely with the business development, marketing team, copywriters, and video editors to execute creative projects efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and AI-powered creative tools to enhance design quality and productivity.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in graphic design, motion design, visual arts, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, video editor, email template design preferably in a marketing company / agency setting for D2C clients.
• Experience of working with different clients at a time (especially for fashion brand)
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.
• Motion graphics experience is an advantage.
• Strong creative thinking and visual design skills.
• Basic understanding of social media content, digital marketing, and branding principles.
