As a Senior Full Stack Developer / UX Designer at WEPS Platform, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the digital logistics platform by focusing on smart shipping engine development. With a strong emphasis on improving the user experience and system performance, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining the internal operations dashboard and client dashboard
• Quickly identifying and resolving bugs and system issues
• Implementing new features and product improvements
• Building and managing API integrations
• Developing and optimizing payment gateway integrations
• Enhancing overall system performance and scalability
• Continuously improving UI/UX for a better user experience
• Proposing new ideas and enhancements for the platform
• Preparing the platform for mobile app transformation (Web App)

Your performance will be measured by key indicators such as fixing critical bugs within 24 hours, delivering new features on time, improving page speed by 30%+, reducing user friction, maintaining system uptime over 99%, and delivering clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

Required skills for this role include:

• Strong experience in Full Stack Development
• Building dashboards for both Admin and Client UI
• Strong UI/UX design sense
• Experience with API and payment gateway integrations
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Understanding of scalable architecture

In addition, you are expected to have the ability to redesign flows for better user experience, understand user journey optimization, and build clean, intuitive interfaces focusing on conversion, simplicity, and speed.

Bonus skills that are highly preferred include experience in converting web apps to mobile apps, working with logistics/SaaS platforms, and real-time systems and tracking dashboards.
