Hiring: IT Support Engineer – Networking & Infrastructure

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to manage and support software, hardware, and multi-tenant networking infrastructure in a dynamic coworking environment. Your Role

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows/Linux/Mac systems, printers, and enterprise applications (HRIS, CRM, ERP).
• Design and manage multi-tenant VLAN network architecture.
• Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
• Implement VPNs (site-to-site & client), port security, 802.1X authentication.
• Manage ISP coordination, dual WAN load balancing, and failover setup.
• Deploy controller-based Wi-Fi solutions and optimize network performance.
• Monitor infrastructure using SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, or similar tools.
• Implement QoS policies for VoIP, CRM, ERP, and video conferencing.
• Support SD-WAN and hybrid cloud connectivity (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Install and maintain structured cabling, patch panels, and rack infrastructure.
• Configure firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and ensure cybersecurity compliance.
• Manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 user access controls.
• Design high-availability deployment, storage, and virtualization architecture.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Maintain documentation: network diagrams, IP schema, firewall rules, asset inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for AMC, procurement, and troubleshooting.
• Support onboarding of new coworking tenants and enterprise clients.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in networking and infrastructure support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multi-tenant or enterprise network environments.
• Proactive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Up-to-date with latest hardware and software infrastructure trends.
