Remote Senior BI Developer

As a highly experienced Senior BI Engineer, your role will involve designing, developing, and managing enterprise Business Intelligence solutions. You will utilize your expertise in SSRS, SSIS, and Tableau to transform complex data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Tableau and SSRS
• Build and manage ETL processes and data pipelines using SSIS
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions
• Optimize data models, queries, and reporting performance
• Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and security
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts
• Work with large datasets across various systems and platforms
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members
• Support analytics, forecasting, and KPI reporting initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Engineering
• Strong hands-on expertise in SSRS, SSIS, Tableau, SQL scripting, and performance tuning
• Experience in designing complex ETL workflows and data transformations
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms, Python, R, Power BI, CI/CD for BI deployments, and Big Data ecosystems

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Hybrid Work Model:

• Employees are required to work from the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Working Hours:

• India shift ends at either 11:30 PM IST / 2:00 AM EST or 12:30 AM IST / 3:00 AM EST

Work Location:

• Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune
