Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Application Support Specialist to support data and application management activities related to the integration of OTNhub into One Access. The role involves managing and validating system data, resolving account and access issues, and ensuring accurate data alignment across multiple systems in a complex technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update customer and organizational records across multiple systems.
• Review and decommission inactive provider accounts and manage permissions/access.
• Analyze and resolve data discrepancies at the account level.
• Track and document work through ticketing systems while ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards.
• Support data projects such as organization updates, decommissions, and system data alignment.
• Work across multiple integrated systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with BMC Helix, including ticketing, tracking, and data management.
• 5+ years of experience with Identity Management tools (e.g., NetIQ) managing user access and credentials.
• Experience with client management systems and custom-built applications.
• Strong experience managing customer-level data records and resolving data discrepancies.
• Experience working in complex multi-system technical environments.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or public sector environments.
• Knowledge of privacy and security standards related to healthcare technology.
