Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountable Care Arrangements Program Administrator, based in Lancaster, PA. The Program Administrator will oversee the development, implementation, and management of accountable care agreements, ensuring alignment with the organization's value-based care strategies. Responsibilities include performing data analysis, collaborating with clinical and administrative leaders, monitoring benchmarks, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
