Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountable Care Arrangements Program Administrator, based in Lancaster, PA. The Program Administrator will oversee the development, implementation, and management of accountable care agreements, ensuring alignment with the organization's value-based care strategies. Responsibilities include performing data analysis, collaborating with clinical and administrative leaders, monitoring benchmarks, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. The role involves financial modeling, report generation, and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program and system goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in program management, including contract management, operations, and performance monitoring
  • Experience with value-based care models, financial modeling, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including clinical and administrative personnel
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and ACO strategies
  • Effective leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Familiarity with healthcare information systems and reporting tools
  • Experience within healthcare systems or accountable care organizations is a plus
