About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior HR Service Delivery Representative – HR Case Management.

In this role, you will:

• Support service delivery of HR products and processes across one or more functional areas within HR that may be related to, but not limited to, one or more HR functional areas such as: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, pay, benefits, incentive plan administration, HRIS and records management, leave of absence, employee and labor relations, HR compliance
• Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within one or more functional areas within HR
• Perform complex administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasks
• Be responsible for complex operational tasks that may include, but not limited to records management, report generation, and other transactions across internal human resources information systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and/or other specialized tools within other HR areas like recruitment, incentive administration, etc
• Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff
• Interact with immediate team, internal or external customers, and internal peers outside of work group on wide range of information

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Human Resources operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Proven experience handling end to end employee lifecycle transactions (hire to retire) with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated capability in managing complex cases, policy interpretation, and escalations beyond transaction-level work
• Experience using case management / HR ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or equivalent HR platforms

Job Expectations:

• Experience acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or queue/functional lead within HR Service Delivery
• Exposure to process transitions, stabilizations, or continuous improvement initiatives
• Shift Timings – 5:30PM to 2:30AM IST
