• Coordinating with Vendors for material
• Negotiation with vendors
• Coordination with accounts for vendor payment
• MIS for department
• Responsible for Plant purchase activities (Bought-out & Packing Material /Consumable /Engineering material related to machine and plant,)
• Identification of resources, as applicable
• Purchasing system – Plant purchasing, monitoring
• Document & Data control system pertaining to his department
• Plant Purchase all records Control
• To evaluate the sub-contractor
• To procure material and services from approved sub-contractor
• Verification of P.O. to suppliers, vendors & Services at optimum cost & specified Quality
• To Update & maintain approved Vendor & sub-contractor list
• To carry out Vendor & subcontractor rating & initiate corrective action
• To plan Vendorisation activities plant level
• Negotiation
• Team Work
• Expert in Excel and SAP
