Role Description

I'm looking for a writer who can write occasionally -- perhaps eventually regularly -- for us. The immediate article I have in mind is an 1,100-word piece on nature photographer Paul Nicklen's visual advocacy for polar ecosystems. The payment would be $330 for this piece, and the deadline would be May 29.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in, passion for, and knowledge about environmental issues
• Skills in research, writing, and creative writing
• Ability to proofread and deliver polished, accurate, interesting, and inspiring pieces
• No college necessary, though some college is a plus, especially studies in natural sciences and ecology
