About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Support Engineer – Team Lead to manage and strengthen our production support operations. This role is crucial in ensuring system stability, quick incident resolution, and delivering an exceptional experience across our fintech platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage production support activities for fintech/payment systems (Payin, Payout, UPI, BBPS, etc.)

Handle critical incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure timely resolution

Monitor system performance, logs, and APIs to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues

Manage end-to-end transaction lifecycle including reconciliation processes

Coordinate with internal teams and external clients for issue resolution and escalations

Ensure SLA adherence and maintain high service availability

Guide and mentor support team members, assign tasks, and track performance

Implement best practices for system monitoring, alerting, and incident management

Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in fintech systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in production support, preferably in fintech or payment systems

Strong understanding of payment gateways, UPI, BBPS, and transaction flows

Hands-on experience with API integrations, log analysis, and debugging

Good knowledge of SQL queries and database troubleshooting

Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes

Excellent communication skills with experience in client handling and escalation management

Proven ability to lead a team and manage tasks effectively

Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment
