Job Title: Technical Support Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to senior teams when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
  • Assist in creating support documentation and FAQs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends if required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira)
  • Knowledge of remote desktop tools

Pay: ₹10,415.21 - ₹25,000.00 per month
