We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Consultant – Digital Marketing to build strong client partnerships and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in Digital Marketing Sales, Client Servicing, Account Management, or Business Development within a Digital Marketing Agency or IT Services Company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Understand client business goals and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Promote services such as Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Lead Generation.
• Manage client communications, meetings, follow-ups, and proposal discussions.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow client accounts.
• Ensure client satisfaction while achieving revenue and retention targets.

Requirements

• Experience in Digital Marketing Sales, Client Relationship Management, Account Management, or Business Development.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services and online business growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on client success and long-term partnerships.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Digital Marketing Agencies, Advertising Agencies, Performance Marketing Firms, or IT Services Companies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
