Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at our company, you will have the exciting opportunity to strategize and execute multi-channel campaigns for our global Products & Services, driving measurable ROI and growth. You will be responsible for managing paid campaigns across Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, targeting diverse geographies such as India, the US, UK, and Singapore.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- **Strategize & Execute Paid Campaigns:**
- Plan and manage high-impact campaigns on Instagram Ads, Google AdWords, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop audience targeting strategies for B2B and B2C segments across different countries.
- **Budget Ownership:**
- Handle monthly and quarterly budgets for India and international regions (US/UK/Singapore).
- Optimize spend and allocation to maximize conversions and minimize CPA.
- **Performance Analytics:**
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance.
- Use data insights to refine messaging, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with content, creative, and technology teams to build landing pages, ad assets, and lead nurturing workflows.
- Present performance reviews and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- **Innovation:**
- Stay updated on platform updates and emerging trends in digital advertising.
- Experiment with A/B tests, remarketing strategies, and audience segmentation.
- *Qualifications Required:**
- 36 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of campaign management for multiple geographies, including cultural nuances and market dynamics.
- Experience in managing budgets of varying scales (small to enterprise-level).
- Deep familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
