As a Digital Marketing Specialist at our company, you will have the exciting opportunity to strategize and execute multi-channel campaigns for our global Products & Services, driving measurable ROI and growth. You will be responsible for managing paid campaigns across Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, targeting diverse geographies such as India, the US, UK, and Singapore.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • **Strategize & Execute Paid Campaigns:**
  • Plan and manage high-impact campaigns on Instagram Ads, Google AdWords, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies for B2B and B2C segments across different countries.
  • **Budget Ownership:**
  • Handle monthly and quarterly budgets for India and international regions (US/UK/Singapore).
  • Optimize spend and allocation to maximize conversions and minimize CPA.
  • **Performance Analytics:**
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance.
  • Use data insights to refine messaging, creatives, and bidding strategies.
  • **Collaboration:**
  • Work closely with content, creative, and technology teams to build landing pages, ad assets, and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Present performance reviews and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • **Innovation:**
  • Stay updated on platform updates and emerging trends in digital advertising.
  • Experiment with A/B tests, remarketing strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • 36 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of campaign management for multiple geographies, including cultural nuances and market dynamics.
  • Experience in managing budgets of varying scales (small to enterprise-level).
  • Deep familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
