Digital Marketing & Growth Manager (Medical Equipment)
Wealthy Group of Companies LLCJob Description
Digital Marketing & Growth Manager
We are a well-established and rapidly evolving organization operating within the healthcare and medical supply space, serving a diverse client base that includes institutions, government entities, and private organizations across North America. With decades of operational history, the company has built a reputation for reliability, scale, and consistency in delivering critical products to clients who depend on speed and accuracy. The business is positioned for its next phase of growth, with leadership making significant investments into modernization, brand positioning, and digital infrastructure to stay competitive in an increasingly online-driven market.
As part of this evolution, the company is placing a major emphasis on transforming its digital presence from a functional necessity into a powerful growth engine. Historically driven by relationships and traditional sales channels, the organization now sees a clear opportunity to unlock new revenue streams through strategic marketing, stronger brand identity, and a more sophisticated online experience. This is not a “maintain what exists” environment—this is a build, optimize, and scale opportunity for someone who wants to leave a visible mark on a business with real traction and resources behind it.
This role is a critical, high-impact hire focused on owning and executing the company’s digital marketing strategy end-to-end. We are seeking a highly hands-on, creative, and commercially minded marketing professional who is equally comfortable developing strategy and executing day-to-day tactics. You will take full ownership of social media, digital campaigns, and website management, with a mandate to modernize, elevate, and unify the company’s online presence. From refreshing branding and messaging to implementing campaigns that generate real pipeline, your work will directly influence how the company is perceived in the market.
Success in this role will come from balancing creativity with performance. The ideal candidate understands how to create engaging content and a cohesive brand voice, but also knows how to drive measurable outcomes—whether that’s booking new client meetings, increasing conversion rates, or generating consistent inbound demand. You will work closely with leadership, giving you visibility into business priorities and the ability to shape how marketing contributes to overall revenue growth. This is a fully in-office role, offering a collaborative environment and the opportunity to move quickly, test ideas, and see the direct impact of your work.

- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data, KPIs, and ROI
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals
- Identify new digital channels, tools, and opportunities to expand reach and market share
- Manage email marketing and other outbound efforts to support sales initiatives

- Ability to think both creatively and analytically, with a focus on measurable results
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with high ownership
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience in B2B marketing or healthcare/medical supply industry is a plus
