Job Summary
The Wealth Building CPA, is seeking an organized professional with exceptional office operations skills communication, and customer service skills. Our Operations Manager presents a vital part of our operational success as we strive to build wealth for clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
Primary Job Function: Responsible for accurate and timely financial management (A/R, A/P, Reporting, etc), Team management, Supervision of Operations dept, Administrative Support to the tax department. This position will also be responsible for maintaining efficient internal controls, adherence to accounting policies and other company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration or relevant experience of 5-7 years in a managerial position.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite and ADP
Experience managing other financial affairs - AR: AP, tax records, 1099s etc.
Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, proof-reading - all levels of communication from executives
Excellent organizational and project management skill
Experience managing a team
Experience creating and maintaining digital and physical files, arrangements, organizing meetings, and managing schedules
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
