We are seeking Associate-level candidates for a disruptive, mid-size Real Estate focused firm based in Washington, DC. The firm emphasizes strong growth, a flexible work environment, and opportunities to work closely with senior figures on high-profile Real Estate cases. Responsibilities

• Assist senior figures with drafting and discovery phases of the litigation process, while maintaining high standards and delivering a white-glove level of service.
• Play a significant role in the litigation process and provide support on dispute resolution efforts.
• Support the firm's litigation practice and collaborate with attorneys across the team.
• Engage in the firm's professional development initiatives, including CPE, networking events, conferences, licenses, and courses. Qualifications
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate level candidate with interest in Real Estate and Litigation. Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range: $160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr. The firm may offer a compensation package potential beyond base salary as part of a revenue-sharing program. Employment Details
