I am currently working with a Full-Service Law Firm, based in Maryland who are actively seeking an Attorney to join their team as they look to make expansion hires into the business. In terms of the firm itself, here are some headlines:

Responsibilities 💼

• Provide Legal Counsel on Real Estate Transactions: Advise clients on the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development of commercial properties, including complex joint ventures and real estate investment structures
• Draft, Review, and Negotiate Transaction Documents: Prepare and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, and related real estate contracts with precision and attention to client objectives.
• Conduct Due Diligence and Manage Closings: Oversee title, zoning, environmental, and financial due diligence; coordinate closings and ensure smooth execution of complex real estate transactions.
• Advise Clients on Compliance and Risk Management: Stay current on Washington/Maryland and Federal Real Estate, land use, and environmental regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk across all phases of a deal.

Package 💵

• Up to $240K Base Salary
• Performance Based Bonus
