The Role

This is a hands‑on litigation role with real responsibility:

• Handle a court‑heavy workers’ compensation caseload
• Represent injured workers across complex claims
• Appear regularly in court and manage cases end‑to‑end
• Collaborate with a broader team across Southern California offices
• You will be trusted to run your own files and make an impact early

What They’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in workers’ compensation (applicant‑side preferred)

Compensation

• Up to $160K base (DOE)
• Bonus structure + strong long‑term earning potential
