Spiritual Counsellor & Psychologist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Spiritual Counsellor & Psychologist who can work closely with individuals seeking mental clarity, emotional well-being, and spiritual growth.

This role involves understanding people on a deeper level and guiding them using a combination of psychological principles and spiritual practices such as meditation, mindfulness, and positive thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• One-on-One Counselling:
• Conduct individual counselling sessions to address stress, anxiety, emotional challenges, and personal concerns
• Provide practical psychological solutions along with spiritual guidance
• Help individuals improve clarity, focus, and emotional balance

2. Handling Interested Individuals:

• Engage with people interested in spiritual programs, counselling, or self-development journeys
• Understand their needs and guide them toward the right practices or sessions
• Build trust and maintain ongoing communication and follow-ups

3. Spiritual Guidance & Practices

• Guide individuals in:
• Meditation
• Mindfulness
• Breathing techniques (pranayama)
• Encourage positive thinking and self-awareness as part of daily life

4. Daily Support & Interaction:

• Handle day-to-day queries and emotional concerns
• Provide continuous support and motivation
• Track individual progress and suggest personalized improvements

5. Workshops & Group Sessions

• Conduct small group sessions on:
• Stress management
• Emotional well-being
• Spiritual growth practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology / Counselling / Clinical Psychology
• 2–6 years of experience in counselling or related roles

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of spiritual practices (meditation, yoga, mindfulness)
• Strong people-handling and communication skills
• Empathy, patience, and active listening
