Job Title: Fitness Coach / Virtual Counsellor

Location: Watch Your Health – Thane (Work from Office)

Job Type: Full-time

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (9 hours)

Work Days: 1st & 2nd Saturday half-day | Sundays off

Transport: Pick-up and drop facility available from Thane Station

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Fitness Coach / Virtual Counsellor to provide personalized fitness guidance and lifestyle counselling to clients through virtual consultations. The ideal candidate should possess strong motivational and counselling skills and have experience working with individuals managing lifestyle and metabolic disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual counselling sessions to understand clients’ health goals, physical activity levels, lifestyle habits, and medical history.
• Design and recommend customized exercise and physical activity plans based on individual requirements and health conditions.
• Provide fitness counselling and support for clients with:
• Diabetes
• Hypertension
• Obesity and weight management concerns
• Metabolic disorders and lifestyle-related conditions
• Educate clients on the importance of physical activity, stress management, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Perform regular follow-ups to monitor progress, encourage adherence, and drive positive health outcomes.
• Motivate and engage clients to achieve sustainable fitness and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with nutritionists, doctors, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of consultations and progress using digital platforms and tools.
• Evaluate client outcomes and modify exercise plans as needed based on health status and goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Education, Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physiotherapy, or relevant certifications in Fitness and Wellness.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fitness coaching, wellness counselling, or preventive healthcare.
• Experience in managing clients with diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and metabolic disorders is preferred.
• Strong understanding of exercise physiology, body composition, and lifestyle modification strategies.
• Excellent communication, counselling, and motivational skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and maintaining digital records.
• Ability to conduct virtual sessions and engage clients effectively.

Compensation

CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience, current salary, and interview performance)
