Role and Responsibilities of Seasonal Merchandiser:

You will handle the movement and stocking of seasonal merchandise, assist customers, and maintain organized aisles throughout the store. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Move and stock seasonal merchandise throughout the store
• Assist customers in locating and selecting seasonal products
• Maintain clean and organized aisles and displays
• Collaborate with supervisors and fellow associates to complete tasks efficiently
• Support customer checkouts and answer questions when needed

Required Skills and Experience of Seasonal Merchandiser:

• Ability to walk up to 5 miles per day while fulfilling orders
• Attention to detail to accurately review and select customer orders
• Strong interpersonal skills to greet and assist customers positively
• Ability to dispense customer orders quickly and accurately in varying conditions
• Product knowledge, problem-solving, and merchandise skills

Compensation and Benefits of Seasonal Merchandiser:

• Hourly pay range: $14.00 - $27.00/hr
• Part-time and full-time schedules with shifts starting between 4:00am–9:00am
• Performance-based incentive awards and premiums ($0.35–$3.00/hr depending on circumstances)
