Job Title: Senior React Developer (Prompt Engineering)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior React Developer with Generative AI and Prompt Engineering expertise who can directly engage with clients, understand business requirements, build rapid Proof of Concepts (POCs), and drive solutions into real-time production systems. The role demands a strong blend of frontend engineering, AI integration, and solution ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis

• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and use cases
• Translate functional needs into technical solutions using React and AI capabilities
• Provide consulting on feasibility, approach, and AI-driven enhancements

POC Development & Innovation

• Rapidly design and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) for AI-driven applications
• Experiment with prompt engineering techniques to demonstrate value
• Evaluate different approaches and recommend optimal solutions based on performance and outcomes

Prompt Engineering

• Integrate AI services such as OpenAI / Azure OpenAI APIs
• Implement prompt chaining, context handling, and response tuning
• Ensure accuracy, relevance, and efficiency of AI-generated outputs

Frontend Development (React)

• Develop high-quality, scalable applications using React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Build dynamic, responsive UI for AI-powered features (chat interfaces, copilots, dashboards)
• Optimize performance using modern React patterns (hooks, lazy loading, memoization)

Production Execution

• Convert POCs into scalable, production-ready applications
• Handle real-time data flows and AI responses in live environments
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and security
• Work with backend teams to integrate APIs and services
