✅ Eligibility & Skills Required

🔹 Job Description

Model components, composites, and assemblies

Handle and structure large‑scale assembly models

Create and update surfaces (IML)

Perform interface checks and clearance analysis

Create and update DWGs

Generate and update laser files

Generate and update composite flat patterns

Create and update design & review documentation

Manage PLM data using Windchill

🔹 Baseline Skillset

Proficient in CATIA V5 (Part Design, Assembly Design, and GSD)

Experience with CPD Workbench including ply modelling, ply splicing, producibility analysis, IMLs, laser and FP creation

Skilled in model‑driven drawing creation, updates, and GD&T application

Hands‑on experience in interface checks and clearance analysis using CATIA tools such as LDA

Experience in design documentation creation and model reviews

Strong experience with Windchill PLM, design iterations, and change management

Strong critical thinking, with focus on parametric modelling and model reusability

Knowledge of VBA macros, KW tools, and 3DX is an added advantage
