Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and safety-driven Wellhead Field Service Technicians (Level 1–3) to join our team.

This role involves working in the field installing, maintaining, and servicing wellhead equipment across Alberta.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain wellhead and pressure control equipment

Assist with rig-in/rig-out operations

Perform pressure testing in accordance with company and API standards

Inspect and troubleshoot equipment issues in the field

Complete service reports and documentation accurately

Follow all company safety procedures and participate in FLHA/JHA processes

Maintain tools and service equipment

Qualifications - Level 1 (Entry Level)

0–2 years oilfield or mechanical experience

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Valid Class 5 driver’s license

Basic safety tickets (H2S Alive, First Aid, CSO)

Qualifications - Level 2 (Intermediate)

2–5 years wellhead or related oilfield experience

Strong understanding of wellhead components and installation

Experience with pressure testing and troubleshooting

Ability to work independently in the field

Qualifications - Level 3 (Senior)

5+ years wellhead experience

Advanced troubleshooting and leadership skills

Experience leading crews and coordinating field operations

Strong knowledge of API standards and procedures

Assets (All Levels)

Class 1 or 3 driver’s license

Crane or forklift certification

Experience with frac trees, gate valves, and casing heads

Oilfield construction or service rig experience

Work Conditions

Field-based role with travel across Alberta

Long hours and rotational schedules may be required

Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
