Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Chemical Chemist in Research and Development (R&D) for cosmetic product manufacturing, located in Shahdara New Delhi. The Chemical Chemist will be responsible for formulating innovative cosmetic and grooming products, conducting research to identify safe and effective ingredients, ensuring quality control of products, and performing laboratory tests to analyze product composition and efficacy. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop high-performance products aligned with market needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Laboratory Skills with experience in experimental setups and testing protocols
• Proficiency in Quality Control measures and techniques to ensure consistent product standards
• Analytical Skills and attention to detail for evaluating chemical properties and ensuring product safety
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D), including formulating and testing cosmetic products
• Solid foundation in Research methodologies and ingredient analysis
• In-depth understanding of cosmetic chemistry and regulatory standards
• Experience in pet care or cosmetic product manufacturing is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field
