Key Responsibilities: Handling day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. Preparation and finalization of financial statements. Managing GST compliances including return filing, reconciliations, and departmental notices. Handling TDS compliances, return filing, and related reconciliations. Preparation of MIS reports, financial reports, and cash flow statements. Bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and balance confirmations. Coordination with auditors, consultants, banks, and government departments. Monitoring accounts receivable and payable. Supervision and review of junior accountants’ work. Assisting in income tax assessments, notices, and statutory matters. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Maintaining proper accounting records and documentation. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance. Minimum 4–7 years of relevant accounting and taxation experience. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles. Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software. Good analytical, communication, and team management skills. Preferred Skills: Ability to handle multiple assignments independently. Strong drafting and reconciliation skills. Knowledge of ROC and statutory compliances will be an added advantage. Experience in handling client communications and notices.
