About The Role
VsnapU, a leading player in the photography industry, is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Raipur. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for converting leads, generating revenue, managing a team, and evaluating performance. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Take charge of converting leads into customers by effectively promoting our photography services and products.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue generation of the company -Lead and manage a team of sales executives.
- Regularly evaluate the performance of team members, set performance goals, and provide constructive feedback.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
- Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the floor, optimizing resources and maintaining high-quality standards.
