VSINGH CPA LLC is hiring a full-time Junior Accountant to join our in-person team in Fairfax, VA.We are looking for someone motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to grow with our firm. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level accounting professional who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to accounting, tax, payroll, and government contractor support.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with bookkeeping and account reconciliations
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll tasks
• Help prepare financial reports and client workpapers
• Organize client documents and maintain accurate records
• Assist with tax, compliance, and accounting projects
• Communicate with team members and follow internal procedures
• Learn accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online and other client platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Organized, dependable, and professional
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• QuickBooks required
