Duties
- Develop comprehensive SEO strategies that improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-value search terms aligned with business goals.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and HTML elements to enhance search engine visibility.
- Implement technical SEO best practices, including improving site speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data markup.
- Manage and analyze SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and various SEO platforms to monitor performance metrics.
- Build quality backlinks through strategic link building efforts to strengthen domain authority.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital content and e-commerce platforms.
- Utilize Google Tag Manager and other web analytics tools to track user behavior and conversion pathways for continuous optimization.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry standards.
- Support social media management efforts by integrating SEO strategies with digital marketing campaigns for maximum reach.
Experience
- Proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS) for website updates and content management.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and metadata optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns and paid advertising strategies is a plus.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and how SEO applies within online retail environments.
- Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms for keyword research and site audits.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to interpret data effectively.
- Ability to implement conversion optimization techniques that improve user engagement and sales performance.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams including content creators, developers, social media managers, and marketing strategists.
