Accountant- RTR

**Role Overview:**

You will be responsible for cooperation with Volvo Group Partners, SAP Master data maintenance, Fixed Asset cycles, Investment management, Capex budget initiation, and other related tasks. Your main responsibilities will include Fixed asset reconciliation, Monthly reporting, Blackline Records maintenance, preparation of financial reports, and daily client interaction within your assigned area of responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Maintain SAP Master data related to FI/CO
• Manage Fixed Asset cycles, Investment management, Capex budget, and Capitalization processes
• Handle internal order creation, WBS element creation, and Order / WBS settlement of AUC
• Conduct retirements, transfers, Forex gain / loss calculations, inter / intra asset transfer, and scrap / sale of asset procedures
• Reconcile Fixed assets and prepare Monthly reports
• Maintain Blackline Records for business transactions related to the General Ledger
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Understand Interfaces and their impact on financial statements
• Monitor and analyze business transactions according to IFRS and Volvo Group Financial Policies and Procedures

**Qualifications Required:**

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Commerce
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Fixed Asset accounting, reconciliation, Month end close reporting processes, and financial reporting
• Experience in working with Excel, Access, and Power Point
• Preferable working experience in GL, AP, AR, FA Module, with SAP Exposure
