Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Officer to manage insurance policies, handle claims, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage insurance policies to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Process insurance applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Handle claims processing, including documentation and follow-ups
• Liaise with insurance companies, clients, and internal departments
• Assess risk and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
• Maintain records of policies, claims, and client interactions
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
• Provide guidance to clients on policy details and coverage options

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in insurance, banking, or financial services (1–3 years preferred)
• Knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and insurance-related software
