Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate on-site event operations and execution.
2. Manage all logistics on the day of the event.
3. Handle guest registration, RSVPs, and attendee management.
4. Assist in venue setup, decor arrangement, signage, and registration desks.
5. Develop event agenda and flow to ensure smooth execution.
6. Communicate with vendors like caterers, decorators, and venue managers.
7. Serve as the point of contact for client updates and queries.
8. Conduct market research to explore new opportunities and industry trends.
9. Create detailed project timelines and task checklists.
