Job Description
Role Overview:-
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The candidates will be responsible for managing sales operations, generating leads, closing deals, an achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through brokers, channel partners, field sourcing, and digital inquiries.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits to drive sales conversions.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from digital marketing, channel partners, campaigns, and referrals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead follow-up to booking confirmation.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, daily follow-ups, and sales reporting.
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners for sustained business growth.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
