Surveillance and Security Personnel

We are looking for a Security and Surveillance Analyst officer (Entry Level) to conduct video Surveillance of the facility and generate reports daily. This role is purely for beginners and high school graduates. To be successful in this role, you should have good communication skills in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with the team and staff. The store that, needs surveillance is located in the USA so your shift will be in US timing which will be scheduled accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Surveillance & Monitoring

Monitor security camera feeds and in-person store activity to detect suspicious behavior. Conduct spot checks on cash registers, inventory areas, and high-risk zones. Ensure employees follow store policies for cash handling, customer service, and security.

• Verification & Auditing

Review POS transactions, refunds, and discounts to identify fraudulent activity. Audit inventory records and stock levels to detect theft or mismanagement. Perform random employee performance evaluations on adherence to store protocols.

• Analysis & Risk Management

Identify trends in shrinkage, fraud, and operational inefficiencies. Investigate discrepancies in financial reports, cash handling, and stock counts. Analyse customer flow and store layout to improve safety and efficiency.

• Employee checklist verification and Handling

Make sure employees carry out their duties while at the store and everything is in proper working condition. Handle employee’s checklist.

• Proactive Problem-Solving & Strategy Develop and enforce security measures to prevent theft and fraud. Create rapid response plans for security threats and compliance breaches. Work with management and team to improve store policies, safety procedures, and workflow.

Skills

Good communication skill in English.

Basic knowledge of MS office and other extra skills

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
